The Design Process
There is no charge for an initial consultation - this is the opportunity to discuss your requirements with the designer. It is often worth jotting down your requirements before the initial meeting. This might include garden lighting, water features, patio/terrace and garden structures such as arches, pergolas, arbours and of course the garden shed! How much time you have for garden maintenance is also an important consideration at this stage, as is your likely budget.
When you decide to proceed, your designer will need to do an accurate survey of the site and assess the unique characteristics of your garden. The setting, orientation, soil type, views in and out of the garden, are just a few of the things taken into consideration.
The Next Step
Having gathered all the necessary information, our designer will prepare an outline proposal. This is your opportunity to make any changes or additions before the final stage of the design process.
Once a design has been agreed a final plan will be produced and building work can begin, either by us or a contractor of your choosing.
